The UNP states that Sri Lanka does not have the right to amend the 13th amendment on its own. Speaking at a press conference held in Colombo today, UNP General Secretary Parliamentarian Thissa Attanayaka stated that no one party has the right to amend an agreement which was reached by two countries.
